What You Will Do 

  • Your position will be instrumental in supporting our current coordinator for that office to ensure that our warehouse, facilities, and fleet stay organized, function with integrity, and support our product and project teams, all in a safe working environment.
  • You will work within our systems and functions to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, fleet support, and, at times, equipment for our field hands or inspections.
  • This may entail working with the corporate department for these functions to be met.
  • This may entail working with contracted vendors for support.
  • Generate and review purchase orders and vendor list for equipment, services, and training.
  • Participate in additional team opportunities as needed.

A Typical Day at Prime Controls 

  • Working on the above aspects for a typical Monday through Friday from the office.
  • Some light travel may be required, but minimal, if need be, for deliveries. 

What You Will Bring 

  • High school diploma or associate degree (AA)
  • Safe Driving Record.

The Preferred 

  • Background in warehouse / facility / operations, shipping/receiving, asset and fleet management, or test equipment and calibration management.
  • Well organized, professional, and with attention to detail and diligence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Forklift driving experience (training available if needed).
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to climb and use a ladder
