About Prime Controls
Founded in 1997, Prime Controls is a family-owned Systems Integration and I&C Construction firm serving industrial clients nationwide. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and backed by over 850 talented employees across multiple offices, we deliver high-quality automation solutions while fostering a people-first workplace. Our reputation is built on quality, expertise, and a strong culture rooted in care and accountability.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role will support both external marketing efforts and employment branding initiatives, helping to elevate Prime Controls’ visibility in the market and strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.

What You’ll Do
You’ll drive campaigns and create content that connects with two key audiences: current and prospective customers, and current and future employees. You’ll help us tell our story in compelling ways—online, at events, and through strategic partnerships.

Marketing & Branding Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Prime Controls’ services to key industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, utilities, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HR and Recruiting to craft and promote employer brand content—including employee stories, hiring event promotions, and careers-focused social media posts.
  • Manage our digital presence, including website updates, social media channels, and email marketing platforms, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity.
  • Create engaging content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, recruitment ads, and videos) that highlight our technical capabilities and company culture.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness across all audiences.
  • Plan and execute marketing for trade shows, recruiting events, conferences, and internal cultural initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Talent Acquisition to align messaging with business goals and hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, community partners, and professional associations to grow our visibility and influence.

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B or industrial marketing (systems integration, engineering, or construction industry experience is a plus).
  • A keen understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills—with the ability to adjust tone for technical or employer branding content.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, (or other CRM/marketing platforms), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Experience in industrial automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field—or relevant experience.

What We Offer

Prime Controls provides a competitive benefits package for full-time employees, including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account(s)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
