Overview

What You Will Do 

Prime Controls is seeking quality control students with a strong work ethic for our summer internship program. Our internship is designed to allow the student to experience the quality and control panel industry up close and personal. The experience gained allows the student to see if a career in quality is right for them. Prime Controls actively supports the development of our quality control personnel; our internship program is the first step. 
 

A Typical Day at Prime Controls 

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
  • Assist the quality control team in conducting inspections and tests on electrical control panels. 
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing data related to relevant metrics within the Quality department.  
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify areas for process improvement and ways to enhance overall product quality. 

 

What You Will Bring 

  • Must be pursuing an associate degree (AA) in Electrical Technology or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position. Some roles may require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements may include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
