Overview

Corporate Recruiter (Temp-to-Perm)

What You Will Do

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, construction, and corporate roles in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and move searches forward efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

 

This role is structured as a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who can step in, take ownership of active requisitions, and support ongoing growth.


A Typical Day at Prime Controls

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities

  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Review resumes and conduct structured phone screens to evaluate skills and alignment

  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand technical roles

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams

  • Support hiring managers with compensation recommendations and market feedback

  • Draft and present offer letters; assist with offer negotiations

  • Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System


What You Will Bring

Required

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience

  • Experience recruiting in engineering, construction, industrial, or technical environments preferred

  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools

  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers

  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for field-based or project-driven roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
