Overview

Pre-Fab Associate

•  13 openings  •  Temp-to-perm, conversion potential at 90 days

Build it right, from the ground up.

In our prefabrication shop, you'll help assemble the control panels, wiring, and components that power critical infrastructure across the country. It's hands-on work where craftsmanship matters — you'll follow engineered drawings and work orders to build clean, accurate, high-quality assemblies. Show us what you can do, and there's a permanent seat — and employee ownership — waiting on the other side of 90 days.

What you'll do

  • Assemble panels, wiring harnesses, conduit, and components per work orders and drawings.
  • Measure, cut, label, and mount components accurately.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow build instructions and quality standards; flag issues early.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

What you bring

  • Assembly, manufacturing, construction, or skilled-trades experience (a plus — we'll train the right person).
  • Comfort with hand and power tools and the ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to read basic drawings/work orders, or the willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Why you'll want to stay

  • $19/hour (1st shift) or $21 + $0.50 differential (2nd shift).
  • Temp-to-perm with conversion potential at 90 days.
  • Employee-owned (ESOP) — convert and start building ownership.
